Away ticket ballot

Is it fixed? Put in for 5 away tickets this season and secured and grand total of zero.
Luckily folk I know have spares, so I've been okay, but either I'm incredibly unlucky or the ballot isn't as random as I've been lead to believe.

The problem is clearly in you post SPARES people buying tickets just to build up there points with no intention of going to the game.
The system needs to be revamped.

I usually have enough points for away tickets but my kids often don't.
I have put in for the away ballot dozens of times and never got a sniff - wondered if I was on some sort of blacklist.
Just got home and found three tickets for Palace away. I didn't receive any confirmation by email but get in!
That must be once in 40 attempts. Does anyone know how oversubscribed the away ballot usually is?

Joyo - I'm not confused at all, I've called them back and they've apologised and done it manually.. It isn't working. Told me no way should it have been trying to take £30 from my bank as it only does so if successful... Plus it will be £60....
Said he will get them to look into it, I won't hold my fucking breath. Also got my £20 back.. Slippery fuckers they are

Spoke to the ticket office
Told them I tried to put two sth in the ballot and it was only charging me for one.
"no you have to add the other person first"
I told them I had several times, as had the other person.
"but we can't see any application"
That's because I kept cancelling it when it asked for the wrong amount..
"give me a minute I'll ask someone......... They've said it should take for both.. You need to add both..."
I have...
"OK let me speak to them again... Try again after this call and if still charging wrong amount call back"
But it will, so can't you sort out now..
"no the person who can sort this is on another call"
You have to laugh..

I've tried twice, the Mrs once and each time for a £60 transaction it's trying to take £30 from my bank.
I've been all over the ticketing site and can't find any info on ballots.
Plus the cunts still haven't given me my deposit back for the priority list

It reserves the money, so it will only be taken from.your account jf successful.
My account is showing as a debit and my balance reflects that the money has gone. I have entered all the ballots so far and as Villa closed last week I assumed I didn't get one.

My account had an additional point added, and it's showing on my purchase history.

I am assuming I have been successful in one of the ballots I have entered as I had a £90 deduction on my card yesterday just as I completed my ballot for Chelsea. I haven't had an increase in my loyalty points though.
Also, do we get points for the Europa conference league play-off game?
